is a Director, Choreographer and performer. He is also a self-taught percussionist and dancer. At the age of 18, he started his own Entertainment company called “CR PRODUCTIONS, INC.” At age 21 he opened his own performing arts Facility called “Arts In Motion” located in San Diego. In 1999 Chris created a group called “Crew Percussion”. This group features a unique combination of rhythm and movement and utilizes everyday objects to make creative percussive sounds. “Crew” has performed all over the United States and at various theme parks. The show has been very popular in the San Diego and Los Angeles school systems by delivering a high energy percussion show which promotes healthy lifestyles and teaches kids to develop their own talents and hobbies as a way to stay positive.

In 2004, chris created a percussion youth ensemble called “Jr. crew” modeled after “Crew Percussion”. this program gives kids an opportunity to perform on stage and share their talents.

His latest creation is a group called “Shockra”, another high energy percussion show featuring dancers and drummers.

in 2008, chris also founded a non-profit organization called “Arms Wide Open”. tHis non-profit organization is geared towards special needs kids and adults to help enrich their lives through performing arts. Students in “Arms Wide Open” have the opportunity to take a wide variety of dance, percussion, voice and theater classes, all designed for young people with special needs. as a highlight each year, “AWO” students present a full scale musical theater production in downtown san diego.

Chris is a teacher in the fields of percussion, dance, choreography, instrumental music, producing Broadway-type productions, writing screenplays, music, producing professional recordings and directing theatre, etc. At the age of 21, he was cast in the off-Broadway production of “STOMP”, where he traveled in the show for more than five years performing in the United States and overseas. In 2015, he choreographed the closing performance for the European Games featuring dancers and drummers with an audience of over 55,000 people from all over the world.

Chris is highly esteemed in the performing arts communities in san diego, throughout the united states and around the world. he has been recognized with several awards including the channel 10 news leadership award in 2004 for bringing drug free messages to schools, the east county selpa community certificate of appreciation in 2013, the certificate of special congressional recognition in 2016, the california legislation assembly certificate of recognition hero award in 2016 , among many others. Chris is very thankful for opportunities he has been blessed with and gives all his glory to God.

Christopher Had the pleasure of Choreographing a high energy percussion Piece for The European Olympics/Closing Ceremonies in Baku, in 2015. He performed in front of 70,000. Check out Video Below…
